From July 7, in the Lot valley and the vineyards of Cahors, you will discover the randochais ; a casual 3 or 4 km hike  on a wine farm, to go with family and finish the ride visiting the winery and taste the wines offered by the winemaker himself.  Program is available at the Reception of your last minute holiday rental or on the Tourist Offices websites.

Treating yourself is a leitmotif on vacation, whether original or not, so what better than a good meal around the Lot local gastronomic and peasant traditions at the table of a farmhouse inn. Double benefit of such meetings : the quality of the meals of course, but also the opportunity to get good local produce on site. In the course of your visit to the castles of Bonaguil and Biron, you could enjoy every Tuesday from July 5 til 25 September witnessing a demo of honey extraction. So as to understand the difficulty and the art of producing honey. Alternatively a few minutes from your unusual accommodation you will find producers offering a wide range of organic products. Ranging from nuts, to veal or lamb meat, vegetables, fruits, melons and wines.
