Observing the stars during the dazzling nights at the Montayral Observatory

Every Friday night at 9:15 pm (except public holidays)  the Groupe d’Astronomie Populaire 47 in Montayral welcomes you to observe the dazzling nights, introduce and discuss about our starry skies. Thanks to their professional equipment, including 2 telescopes under dome, 3 mobile telescopes and refractors, you can observe stars and planets with passionate volunteers. A 15-seat planetarium enables to discover the sky and its mechanics.

An exciting evening to learn a lot about our sky, which you will be able to watch again from your unusual accommodation with the great advantage of not undergoing light pollution to continue with your observations. Contact us.
